Exam Syllabus : Exam Syllabus for WBSSC SRD-Combined Madhyamik Level Examination is given below:-
Paper-I
Language (General English & Hindi) : The questions in this section will be designed for testing the understanding and knowledge of candidate in Hindi and English. questions will be based on Spot the errors (from application of Verb, Preposition and Article), fill in the blanks, dictionary, grammar, sentence making, spelling, synonyms, antonyms, idioms and idiomatic application of words.
General Knowledge : The questions in this section will be designed to test the knowledge of candidate about activities of his/her surrounding environment, current events, everyday science, history, general polity, constitution of India, sports, geography and culture of Rajasthan and major principles of Computer.
Paper-II
Algebra and Reasoning : In this question paper, question included related to number system, computation of integers, decimals and various algebraic expressions and their application, percentage, ratio and proportion, average, interest, profit and loss, discount, time and distance, uses of tables and graphs, time and work.
Typing Test :
- Typing speed on computer – 8,000 Key depression per Hour
- Test of knowledge of M.S. Excel
- Test of Typing Speed in Hindi – 15 words per minute
