Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission hold the right to organize Mains Written exam for Civil Judge (Entry Level) under Chhattisgarh Judicial Service. In this Article we are providing you Exam Pattern & Syllabus for CGPSC Civil Judge Entry Level Mains Written Exam.
Exam Pattern:- Mains written exam will be totally conventional/ discretional type.
- Mains written exam will consists of total 100 Marks.
- Time Duration of Mains written exam is 3 Hours.
- Marking Scheme will be based on Proper Language & up to mark Answer.
- Inappropriate words and useless statements leads to lessen Marks in Total.
Exam Syllabus:- In the Mains Exam questions from the following Topics will be asked.
- Framing of issues and writing of Judgment in Civil Cases (Maximum Marks – 40)
- Framing of charges and writing of Judgment in Criminal Cases (Maximum Marks – 40)
- Translation:-
- (1) English to Hindi – (Maximum 10 marks)
- (2) Hindi to English- (Maximum 10 marks)
Candidates are advised to use traditional Law Language, Use appropriate words regarding Question asked in the Mains Exam. Try to Answer Question in giving word limit. Answer the Questions according to their Merit.
Note:- Having regard to the number of vacancies, relatively more meritorious candidates from among those who appeared in the Main Examination shall be called in the ratio of 1:3 for the viva-voce. The maximum marks for viva-voce would be 15.
